An edition is a limited print run of a specific photographic artwork. A special edition is produced when an artist collaborates with a specific entity to create a print run of a chosen artwork. Unseen Platform collaborates with a curated selection of boundary-pushing artists to offer a range of certified special editions.  
All artworks on our Shop are limited-edition photographs. Each work is accompanied by a numbered certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. It’s important to keep this certificate as a sign of provenance in the case of future sales. 
For now, we’re focusing on delivering your editioned prints at the highest possible standard, so we do not offer framing, yet. Sign up to our newsletter and be the first to know when we begin selling framed works.
We try to ensure all images are displayed accurately. However, your screen resolution, model and brightness may reflect subtle variations from the actual artwork.
We recommend it. Just as you would when purchasing new valuables such as laptops, jewellery and artwork, it’s always wise to check with your renters or homeowners insurance to make sure the specific items are covered by your policy.

Yes! Select your country at checkout and you will see the calculated shipping quote before the work is ordered. Shipping rates will vary depending on packed artwork dimensions, shipping distance and artwork value.

The EU charges 9% Value Added Tax (VAT) on all luxury products such as fine art, which is calculated and added to the subtotal at checkout. If the order is to be shipped outside of the EU, the VAT will not be added at checkout. 

During shipment of an artwork, you may be contacted by your countries’ customs authority with regards to paying a customs tax. Customers are responsible for the payment of their respective countries’ custom duties. Please follow their instructions so that the package can continue making its way to you.

 Our customers are granted a 14 day period to decide whether their purchase is satisfactory.

Please contact us at if you would like to apply for a refund. Please return it to us unused and in its original packaging. We will transfer your refund including original delivery costs within 14 days. Please note that you will need to pay for the return shipment.

If your prints arrive damaged or flawed, you may be eligible for a replacement or return. All claims on damaged prints must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please send an email to with your claim and include photos of both the packaging and the print itself.
